Our Manufacturing Technique

Our scull boats are constructed in a very unique fashion to maintain the original wood design.

The lay up process is a one piece process, versus the traditional two piece shoe box process. This does two things. It eliminates the need to bond the top of the boat to the hull which maintains the structural integrity throughout. Secondly, there are no defining lines from the top to the bottom, decreasing shadow lines and structural definition which may compromise the concealment of the boat. Without this line the original design is maintained and the effectiveness of the boat is increased.

Each boat is constructed by hand of plies of mat and woven roving fiberglass cloth strengthened by core mat ribbing. This lay up process produces a composite with maximum strength at a reduced weight.

Our process is unique to the industry and sets the boat apart from other builders.

Combined with our focus on quality, performance and durability, these factors will offer a product that you to will be handing down to your son or daughter.
